Lara took part in the 2022 Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge  – A challenge that took her more than 3000 Miles west from San Sebastian in La Gomera, Canary Islands, Spain (28oN 18oW) to Nelson’s Dockyard, English Harbour, Antigua & Barbuda (17oN 61oW).

 

Starting on 12th December 2022 she overcame capsizes, storms and total exhaustion.

She finished in Antigua on 21st March 2023

Raising money for Prostate Cancer UK, Plan International and Our Only World.
